The paragraph below is most unusual, Why?

i read the paragraph three times and then gave up...it was frustrating me! so i decide to look at the answer...there are no E's! i thought that could not be possible. i searched the whole paragraph and there really were no E's! did the writer of the paragraph intend to do that, or was it all luck?
